چکیده

Natural scientists have offered reasons to think that some vile human acts evolutionary explanations. Christians would describe of these as sins, and indeed sins potentially worthy damnation. However, I argue that, on the supposition such causes, agents who commit are not justly damnable for in question. This is because justice damnation minimally depends two criteria: 1) sinful properly voluntary; 2) asymmetrical fault between sinners God holds said acts. Because, assumption dispositions sin evolved, one or both criteria cannot be sustained, theologians face a choice. They must either affirm origins deny relevant cases, or, if they wish all there evolved sin. Whichever way it resolved, dilemma serious concrete. Because serious, requires careful attention from theologians, only theology-and-science specialists. concrete, dissolved with methodological strategies alone.

We show that people’s anti-terror budget priorities before a perceived attack and blame judgments after a perceived attack are associated with the attack’s severit...

Emergence of Epidemic Zika Virus Transmission and Congenital Zika Syndrome: Are Recently Evolved Traits to Blame?

The mechanisms responsible for the dramatic emergence of Zika virus (ZIKV), accompanied by congenital Zika syndrome and Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), remain unclear. However, two hypotheses are prominent: (i) evolution for enhanced urban transmission via adaptation to mosquito vectors, or for enhanced human infection to increase amplification, or (ii) the stochastic introduction of ZIKV into l...
